I see in these few days my Alexa ranking is running down...it means bad he..he..may be it is the sign that my traffic is going down too. Yeah..seldom updated and never seriously learning SEO is the main cause of this. I see my other blog which I had entrecard is going better.

How about your opinion ? for my thought...I can not say that which one is better cause if we can have eat that contains enough vitamin that our body needs so we do not need to eat dietary supplements. So the questions is..have we eat enough ? How much is enough for our body ?

Chicken Soup

Last week when I visited my mother, she cooked chicken soup. It is very nice..I like this kind of soup. It is very simple but nice and great taste. Just put shitake mushroom and lotus seed in the soup , cook it with chicken in slow cooker for one and half hour , and then ready to serve.
