Strong Winds

The wind blow so strong in these few days. It is Nice , but sometimes I feel not nice if very strong wind. This evening when I want to make a post , I feel the winds blow and I am getting sleepy he..he..

I have to make a cup of hot tea , to wake up me , cause if I sleep now, tonight I can't sleep. Eat cookies and drink hot tea is a nice solution for me now.

I see in these few days my Alexa ranking is running down...it means bad he..he..may be it is the sign that my traffic is going down too. Yeah..seldom updated and never seriously learning SEO is the main cause of this. I see my other blog which I had entrecard is going better.

How about your opinion ? for my thought...I can not say that which one is better cause if we can have eat that contains enough vitamin that our body needs so we do not need to eat dietary supplements. So the questions is..have we eat enough ? How much is enough for our body ?
