Breast Cancer

Nowadays I notice that lots of woman get breast cancer...this is bad news for woman. Today I search on Yahoo health news and found an article says that

Top risk factors linked to breast cancer
Aging. Your risk of breast cancer increases as you get older. By age group, breast cancer is diagnosed in:2

■4 out of 1,000 women in their 30s.
■15 out of 1,000 women in their 40s.
■26 out of 1,000 women in their 50s.
■37 out of 1,000 women in their 60s.

So..what is it means ? It says that more older, we have more high chance to get breast cancer. I got a little fear too about this. hehehe. Since we don't know exactly what cause the breast cancer, we have to prevent it by make a good healthy food and drink.

For me personally, I like tea, all tea, Chinese tea, it is include green tea, black tea, oolong tea. So lets us start drinks tea, one cup daily and get more vegetables in our daily menu.
