recipe ginger duck

Hi..today I like to write a little recipe to share with all of you...like I said before that I like to cook at home.
The recipe of this time is " ginger duck"
A : 80 g young ginger,sliced
30 g soya bean paste
10 g garlic,chopped
2 tbs cooking oil

B : 500 g duck pieces (remove skin and fat)
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbs dark soya sauce
1 tbs comflour
2 tbs water
( comflour and water mixed together )
suger,salt,pepper to taste

Method :

  1. Stir fry all ingredients A at a pan,uncovered on medium fire for about 5 minutes (or become brown).
  2. Add ingredients B mix well,cooked covered on power medium for about 8 minutes.
  3. Continue to cook duck on power low fire for about 45 minutes.
  4. Serve ginger duck hot with rice

Makes : 4 - 6 servings

Have a test if you interested.Make a cup of tea to serve it together will be better I think....but its all depends of you.
