Oxtail soup

I love this oxtail soup ,in Indonesian name is sop buntut.But I can not find a good recipe to cook as good as I buy in my favorite place.

When I go to Singapore a few days ago, I try the "Sop Buntut" at there.

Wow...the taste is very good,it is unusual things that I can find Indonesian Food good taste at another country.

May be I want to cook again and find the recipe..
