Exercise
Today I eat very much , so I think I will need a lot of exercise . I read from book that exercise is good for us and can get us feel good. It says getting the right amount of exercise can rev up our energy levels and even help us to feel better emotionally.
It recommended that having 60 minutes exercise is good for adult, it can be aerobic , streng training and flexibility training.
And for me exercise can help sleep better.
