Up Date PageRank

I always like to view the PPP forum , and like usually I go to marketing and promotion looking for something maybe I can get a little information how to promote my site.And this is really a very wondering news...some of postie said the Google will start to up date pagerank....wow...I am very excited. I hope my PageRank will increase. But I really don't know....will I ? I hope.....

But I just can wait and see after doing some exchange link....
